Shipping Policy Overview

We deliver to all major Australian cities—Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Launceston, and Hobart—as well as to all residential and business addresses nationwide (excluding PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers)

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and shipped only on Tuesday mornings to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Orders placed after 10 a.m. Monday are dispatched the following Tuesday.

  • Processing time for major cities: 1–3 business days.

  • Processing time for other cities and regional areas: 1–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • For Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Launceston, and Hobart: Postage takes approximately 1 business day after dispatch.

  • For all other cities and regional areas: Postage generally takes an additional 2 days after fulfillment.

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries are made to residential and business addresses only (no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers)

  • If no one is home, couriers will leave the parcel in a safe location if available; if not, alternative arrangements may be required.

  • All shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Orders are only dispatched on Tuesdays, so the day you order will affect when your parcel is shipped.

  • Orders placed after 10 a.m. Monday will wait until the following Tuesday for dispatch.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to carrier restrictions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may change due to external factors such as weather or traffic.

Additional Information

  • Shipping only to addresses within Australia.

  • If there is no safe place to leave the parcel and no one is home, the courier may not deliver the package and will provide further instructions.
